Chairman Kim Jong Il's Exploits Lauded by Romanian Figure

Pyongyang, February 24 (KCNA) -- Vasile Orleanu, chairman of the Supreme Council of the National Socialist Party of Romania and chairman of the Romanian National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, posted an article on the website "Juche Idea" on Feb. 15 on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The article noted that Kim Jong Il had made a ceaseless journey for the country and people all his life.

Thanks to his devotion, Korean socialism was defended and signal successes were made in economic construction and improvement of the people's standard of living.

Comrade Kim Jong Il who carried forward the idea and cause of President Kim Il Sung resolutely frustrated the imperialists' moves for stifling the DPRK and led Korean socialism to victory.

He formulated Songun politics as the main political mode of socialism and turned the DPRK into a military power which no formidable enemy dare provoke.
