The work, published on Feb. 27, Juche 68 (1979), elucidates the issues arising in developing Koryo medicine including the issue of combining Koryo medicine with western medicine.

Officials concerned and teachers, researches and medial workers in the field of Koryo medicine attended the seminar.

Kim Hyong Hun, chairman of the Central Committee of the Medical Association of Korea, made a speech.

He referred to the achievements in putting Koryo medicine on a scientific basis.

He called for putting the medical service with Koryo therapy on a high scientific and technological basis and developing and producing highly effective Koryo medicines for the improvement of people's health.

Made public at the seminar were more than 10 valuable Koryo medical science achievements.
