The international secretary of the New Yugoslav Communist Party who is chairman of the Serbian national preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of the Day of the Shining Star said that Kim Jong Il is a distinguished thinker and theoretician, great statesman, outstanding Songun brilliant commander and benevolent father of the people who has made contributions to the accomplishment of the revolutionary cause of Juche and global independence.

The deputy chairperson of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association said that Kim Jong Il is always alive in the mind of not only the Korean people but also the world progressive people for his great feats performed before the era and history.

The speakers including the chairperson of the Italian Preparatory Committee for celebrating the Day of the Shining Star praised Kim Jong Il for dedicating his all to the country and people, and the chief and members of the German Group for the Study of Korean Culture referred to the exploits the peerlessly great man performed for Korea's national reunification.
