The festival, divided into such panels as cereal crop breeding, agricultural information and crop cultivation, agricultural chemistry and plant protection and veterinary, is to be held in the forms of a presentation of sci-tech achievements and exhibition.

More than 80 sci-tech achievements are exhibited at the festival attended by officials, researchers and postgraduates at the Academy of Agricultural Science.
