Present at the new year address releasing ceremony were personages at the editorial board of the Belarusian magazine Social Education and the Vitebsk National Veterinary Academy and masses.

Sergei Zebyatikh, editor-in-chief of the Belarusian magazine Social Education, pointed out that the New Year Address delivered by Kim Jong Un is an important guideline that the Korean people should hold fast to this year.

Kim Jong Un in his New Year Address instilled confidence in victory and optimism into the Korean people, he noted.

The friends of Korea in Belarus are convinced that the just cause of the Korean people will surely emerge victorious, he added.
