Statue of Drafted Worker Erected around Japanese Consulate General in S. Korea
Pyongyang, March 8 (KCNA) -- According to a report, civic organizations of south Korea erected a statue depicting a Korean worker drafted by Japanese imperialists around the Japanese consulate general in Pusan on March 1, the centenary of the March First Popular Uprising.

The organizations said that they would move the statue before the Japanese consulate general on the occasion of May Day, adding that the erection of the statue is to let people know about the history of past crimes committed by the Japanese imperialists.
