L. Shukolinikov, chairman of the Permanent Standing Committee of the Belarus National Association of Friends of Korean People Named after Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee.

The committee decided to give wide publicity to the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Il Sung through media and organize colorful political and cultural events like seminar.
