Dissolution of LKP Urged in S. Korea

| Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- Civic and public organizations in the area of Taegu, south Korea held a news conference outside the building of the Taegu City Party of the "Liberal Korea Party" (LKP) on Mar. 14 to urge the party's dissolution, according to the south Korean internet paper Jaju Sibo. Speakers exposed the despicable acts of the LKP that distorted the spirit of the May 18 Kwangju Popular Resistance and denied the impeachment of Park Geun Hye. They said that they would make none of candidates affiliated to the LKP go into the "National Assembly" by judging them in the "National Assembly" elections. They vowed to dissolve the LKP by fighting to the last in the spirit of the candlelight demonstrations. |
