S. Korean Body Urges Japan to Make Apology and Reparation for Sexual Slavery

| Pyongyang, March 18 (KCNA) --The Justice Preserving Solidarity for Settling the Issue of Sexual Slavery of the Imperial Japanese Army in south Korea made public a statement on Mar. 13 to urge the Japanese government to make a sincere apology and reparation for the sexual slavery for the Imperial Japanese Army, according to a south Korean news report. The statement said that the Japanese government is seeking to shirk the responsibility for the sexual slavery. It said that Japan can never cover up the crime by turning away its face from the suffering of victims and denying its war crimes. It demanded that the Japanese government make a sincere apology and reparation for the sexual slavery. |
