The complete collection has 124 works including speech, talk and report made by President Kim Il Sung from December Juche 34 (1945) to March Juche 35 (1946).

The works deal with the outstanding ideas and theories and original lines and strategic and tactical policies of the President who indicated the path of building an independent and sovereign state by scientifically penetrating into the complicated political situation at home and abroad and the requirement of the developing revolution after Korea's liberation.

The book also elucidates the theoretical and practical issues arising in building a new country, including the issue of developing the mass media in a sound way, the issue of making the writers and artistes participate in the literature and art activities positively, the issue of rapidly developing the educational work and the issue of forming the democratic national united front.
