Riyad Chaloub, chairman of the Guinean National Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism, was elected as chairman of the preparatory committee at its inaugural meeting.

The meeting discussed the action program of the preparatory committee to set a celebration period between Mar. 20 and Apr. 20 and organize such diverse political and cultural events as Kimilsungia exhibition during the period.
