Day of Sun to Be Marked in Ecuador

| Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for marking the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed in Quito, Ecuador on Mar. 15. Milton Burbano Bohorquez, chairman of the Ecuadorian Cultural Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. It decided to hold colorful political and cultural events in the capital and other parts of the country to mark the Day of the Sun. |
