Present at the ceremony were officials of the C.C., the Korean Federation for the Protection of the Disabled and children, nurses, teachers and doctors of the centre and parents of the children.

The attendees laid a floral basket and made a bow before an art work depicting President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il.

The director of the center made an address to be followed by speeches.

Then the attendees looked round the rooms for physical therapy and work therapy and other places of the centre.
