Pyongyang, April 1 (KCNA) -- The delegation of the Workers' Party of Korea headed by Ri Su Yong, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the WPK, returned home on Monday after visiting the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
