Day of Sun to Be Marked in Kyrgyzstan

| Pyongyang, April 2 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan on Mar. 27. A. Usupbayev, chief of the Group for the Study of the Juche Idea who is chairman of the Central Council of the People Unity-"Kyrgyz El" Republican Political Party of Kyrgyzstan, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The preparatory committee decided to hold colorful political and cultural events on the occasion of the Day of the Sun. |
