The letter said that through the seminar they keenly felt once again the immortal exploits of Kim Il Sung who founded the Juche idea and applied it to practice of the revolution.

It noted that under the leadership of Kim Il Sung the Korean people achieved victories in the anti-Japanese armed struggle and the Fatherland Liberation War, successfully carried out the social revolution of different stages and built the DPRK into a socialist country independent in politics, self-supporting in economy and self-reliant in defence, despite all challenges of hostile forces.

Successes achieved by the Korean people encourage the world progressive peoples to win victory in the confrontation with imperialism and serve as an example of the peoples of those countries struggling for freedom, equality, peace and justice, the letter said.

It stated that they are pleased to see the Korean people achieve great successes in building a powerful socialist country under the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism under the leadership of Kim Jong Un.

The letter expressed the expectation that the traditional friendship between the Republic of Belarus and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and between the peoples of the two countries would grow stronger.
