Day of Sun to Be Marked by Russian Organizations

| Pyongyang, April 5 (KCNA) -- A preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed by the Regional Social Organization of Russia "Borozino" and the Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia on March 25. Salinikov, chairman of the Regional Social Organization of Russia "Borozino", and C. M. Kramarenko, chairman of the Korean War Veterans' Council of Russia, were elected co-chairmen of the preparatory committee. The committee set a celebration period from March 25 to April 16 and decided to hold colorful political and cultural events in praise of the revolutionary career and exploits of Kim Il Sung. |
