Day of Sun to Be Marked in Senegal

| Pyongyang, April 5 (KCNA) -- A Senegalese preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of President Kim Il Sung (Day of the Sun) was formed on March 30. Samba Sy, general secretary of the Workers' Party for the Independence of Senegal, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee. The committee set a celebration period from March 30 to April 20 and decided to organize political and cultural events including a photo exhibition and film show. |
