Presented to the show were more than 4 000 sculptures created by over 50 units including those under the public service field, external service field, Pyongyang City Local Industry Administration Bureau and provincial local industry administration bureaus and Pyongyang Jang Chol Gu University of Commerce, etc.

Cooks, skilled persons and students exhibited sweet and biscuit sculptures of various themes.

Among them are sweet sculpture "Our Beautiful Fatherland" and biscuit sculpture "Flavor of Sea" vividly reflecting the themes and features of the objects with excellent workmanship.

The sweet and biscuit sculptures presented by Chongchun Restaurant, Pyongyang Hotel, Kumsong Foodstuff Factory and Paeksong General Foodstuff Factory were highly appreciated by visitors for their good taste and nutrition and formative art.

There was a demonstration show given by high-grade cooks of Okryu and Chongryu restaurants.
