They envisage the introduction of more than 10 stealth fighters by the end of this year and all 40 under plan by 2021.

This serious provocation that can lead to flared-up tension on the Korean peninsula amounts to an open challenge to the desire of humankind including the Korean nation to live in a peaceful world free from a war.

As known, in the historic joint declarations the north and the south committed themselves to exert joint efforts to ease acute military stand-off and to effectively remove the danger of war, and also to follow through on the agreement in military field specified in the Panmunjom declaration, in particular.

The south Korean authorities are under responsibility and obligation to suspend all acts that can strain the situation on the peninsula including the shipment of war means.

But the present "government", reneging on its promise to its fellow countrymen and the world, massively shipped foreign arms and equipment.

What matters more is the fact that the introduction of the contentious F-35A is all about mounting a surprise attack on the fellow countrymen in the north under the pretext of "increasing operational capabilities of the air force".

The recent shipment of stealth fighters is just the execution of 40 F-35A introduction plan drafted by the military warmongers during Park Geun Hye rule to shape Kill Chain, north-targeting preemptive attack system.

Instead of taking out war means like THAAD rejected inside and outside, the present authorities introduce even stealth fighters. Question is if there is any difference from the Park Geun Hye regime that was actively engaged in stoking confrontation with the fellow countrymen while touting preemptive attack.

The situation is a clear reminder of the south Korean authorities' diehard intent on military stand-off despite their outwardly hand-shake for reconciliation.

The introduction of sophisticated lethal means may stir up tension on the peninsula.

It is by no means accidental that the south Korean media and experts comment that "introduction of 'F-35A' will touch off fierce rebuff from the north and it may work as a 'dangerous leverage' in south-north relations".

Non-stop introduction of war means is regarded as a total denial and threat and blackmail against the dialogue partner.

The south Korean authorities should be aware of catastrophic consequences their thoughtless acts will bring, and exercise discretion.
