The Nepalese newspaper Arpan carried a portrait of the smiling President. It said that the Day of the Sun is celebrated with splendor in many countries of the world.

Posted on the website of the Paektusan Czech-Korean Friendship Association and the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea were photos showing the revolutionary activities of the President. It praised him as the founder of socialist Korea, peerless patriot, national hero, iron-willed commander, outstanding strategist and prominent leader of the socialist cause.

The Indian newspaper Ocean News Point carried photos showing the feats of the President. It said that the Korean people are celebrating the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung, founder and eternal President of the DPRK, as the Day of the Sun.

The Bangladesh paper Daily Folk introduced in detail the feats of the President who led the Korean revolution vigorously under the uplifted banner of independence and made a great contribution to the accomplishment of the cause of global independence.

The Egyptian newspaper Al Akhbar Almassay praised the President as a pioneer and leader in the era of independence and veteran statesman in the world who brightly clarified the road of mankind by founding the Juche idea.
