As the store has been remodeled into a comprehensive and all-purpose service center, modern department store that will provide commercial, public and catering services according to people's demand, taste and favor, it came to be conducive to ensuring the convenience of customers to the maximum and enhancing the material and cultural life of people.

An inauguration ceremony took place on Sunday.

Attending the ceremony were An Jong Su, vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials and employees of the Kyonghung Guidance Bureau and the department store.

The store will start service from April 15, Day of the Sun.
