Order of DPRK Friendship 2nd Class went to Anatoli Dolgachev, chairman of the Association for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in the Far East Region of Russia, O. Mashbat, executive chairman of the Mongolian Association for the Study of the Juche Idea-Songun Idea, Thomas Losh, chief of the Group for the Study of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism in Vienna, Austria, and Yasko Takizawa, member of the Secretariat of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, and the Friendship Medal to three adherents to the Juche idea.

They have made positive contributions to accomplishing the human cause of independence through energetic activities for the study and dissemination of the Juche idea.
