They include delegations of the Mongolian Organization for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Nepali Literary Forum for the Study of Songun Politics, the Sri Lanka Society for Self-Reliance Studies, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea and the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea, the chairman of the Ukrainian Youth and Students' Association for the Study of the Juche Idea and the chairman of the Guinean Society for the Study of the Juche Literary Idea.

Leaving earlier were delegations of the Secretariat of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, the Ethiopian Committee for the Study of the Independent Politics and the Study Forum for Self-Reliance of Nepal and the director of the International Institute of the Juche Idea and his party.
