Pyongyang, April 21 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League headed by Kim Song Il, vice-chairman of its Central Committee, returned home on Sunday after visiting Cuba and attending the meeting of the General Council of the World Federation of Democratic Youth held in Venezuela.
