It noted that the education aid fund and stipends sent by Kim Jong Un serve as the source of power greatly encouraging the Chongryon officials and Koreans in Japan who firmly turned out in implementing the decisions of the 24th Congress of Chongryon to provide a solid springboard for boosting the overall movement of Koreans in Japan and are the invaluable lifeblood for developing the national education of Chongryon.
