Pyongyang, April 26 (KCNA) -- Admiral Kim Myong Sik, commander of the Navy of the Korean People's Army, and his party returned home on Friday after attending the celebrations for the 70th founding anniversary of the Navy of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
