The Indonesian paper International Media dedicated one whole page to the portrait of the smiling President and articles subtitled "The great man who was on intimate terms with the people", "The great master of independent diplomacy" and "The most modest man" under the headline "President Kim Il Sung is always alive in the hearts of the world progressives".

An internet website said in an article titled "The history of the great man continues" that Kim Il Sung led the arduous anti-Japanese war to achieve the cause of national liberation and built a genuine country of the people, a powerful country of independence on the land of Korea.

The article pointed out that the ardent love for the people and transparent spirit of independence run through his whole life.

The exploits of the President, the eternal leader and benevolent father of the Korean people, will be remembered down through generations.

Apsara Radio and F.M. Radio 105 of Cambodia introduced his noble revolutionary career and exploits, saying that human history knows many famous persons but no one except the President who enjoyed ardent reverence from all people.

State Radio of Cambodia quoted a foreign prominent figure as saying the President regarded the people as the most valuable being in the world and pushed ahead with the revolution and construction in reliance upon their might during his life.

AKP of Cambodia also praised his noble traits.
