The letter said upon hearing the glad news that Kim Jong Un returned home after successfully concluding his historical visit to the Russian Federation, the officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and Koreans in China are filled with joy and excitement.

It noted that through the meeting and talks with Russian President Putin, he glorified a proud history and tradition of the two peoples generation after generation, put the friendly DPRK-Russia relations on a new high stage as required by a new era and made a tangible contribution to independent reunification of the country and peace and stability on the Korean peninsula.

It said that seeing him visiting the sites associated with the immortal revolutionary exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Chairman Kim Jong Il during his foreign tour, they keenly felt once again he is the first loyalist in carrying forward to completion the idea, leadership, intention and will of the preceding leaders without an inch of deflection and an outstanding leader whom the entire nation should uphold.

The officials of the General Association of Koreans in China sincerely extend greetings of gratitude to Kim Jong Un who demonstrated the dignity and honor of the country and the nation all over the world once again through his historic visit to the Russian Federation, it pointed out.

It stressed that the officials of the General Association of Koreans in China and all the Koreans in China would keep in mind the faith that that the existence of the homeland as well as the life and future of overseas Koreans are guaranteed by Kim Jong Un, and become the true loyalists and passionate fighters who remain faithful to his idea and leadership, believing in him as in heaven and following him no matter what happens in the world.
