Attending the event were Kwon Song Ho, minister of State Construction Control, Kim Kyong Jun, minister of Land and Environment Protection, Kang Yong Su, minister of Urban Management, officials concerned and officials and students in the fields of construction, designing, control, science and education here and the participants in the 19th May 21 Architectural Festival.

Jo Jong Mun, general director of the State General Bureau of Design, and other speakers referred to the fact that there have been built model edifices peculiar in formative art embodying the Juche character and national character under the guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, and explained the theoretical and practical issues arising in further developing the Juche-oriented architecture.

They stressed that the Supreme Leader has energetically led grand construction for the prosperity of the country and happiness of the people to be carried out in a big way.

Speakers said that all the officials and workers in the field of construction would hold fast to the Juche-oriented idea of the Workers' Party of Korea on architectural aesthetics as the guidelines to accelerate the grand march of self-reliance and sci-tech development and thus make a positive contribution to materializing the far-reaching construction plan of Kim Jong Un.
