The statement said that the Latin American and Caribbean Regional Committee to Support the Reunification of Korea, in the appeal, fixed the period from April 27 to June 12 as the "international action period for peace, prosperity and reunification on the Korean Peninsula" and suggested proactively conducting solidarity activities in support of the just cause of the Korean people.

It went on:

We express full support for it.

We will conduct vigorous activities calling for leading the current peaceful atmosphere on the Korean peninsula to the establishment of a permanent peace mechanism.

And we extend firm solidarity to the just cause of the Korean people, youth and students for the reunification of the country and prosperity of the nation under the banner of independence.
