Walking round several places of the Sunchon Thermal Power Plant, Kim Jae Ryong said that as the integrated power production system has been set up, the officials and technicians should scrupulously improve the technical control of the equipment and actively invent and introduce new technical innovation schemes in order to raise the efficiency of the generating equipment.

At the Chollima Steel Complex and the Posan Iron Works, he stressed that the officials should properly conduct operation and command to make the maximum use of the existing production capacity and take due measures to ensure supply of electricity so as to send more iron and steel to major construction sites.

The field consultative meetings discussed issues to adopt thorough measures for normal operation and repair of the generating equipment, calling upon relevant fields to supply in time materials needed for production of iron and steel.

He also made a field survey of the farming in the Sindap Cooperative Farm of Pongchon County and in Paechon County of South Hwanghae Province.
