The Mallima speed movement is a new mass movement in the Juche era to hasten the cause of building a powerful socialist country by speeding up the advance of the Korean revolution in the spirit of Mallima.

It is Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un who opened up a new history of the Mallima speed, a new Korean speed.

Visiting the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Textile Mill in January Juche 105 (2016), he said that all the party members and working people should live and struggle in the spirit of Mallima by inheriting the working spirit and traits of the preceding generations who wrought miracles and feats in the spirit of Chollima.

In June that year, he visited the Pyongyang Kim Jong Suk Silk Mill to inspire the factory to be a Mallima factory in the era of Mallima, saying that it became a Chollima factory in the Chollima age under the guidance of President Kim Il Sung.

The Supreme Leader has led all the people to create a new speed, the Mallima speed, by carrying forward the working spirit of the preceding generations.

Encouraged by his wise leadership, the Korean people won a shining victory in the construction of Ryomyong Street and the rehabilitation of flood-ravaged areas in the northern part of North Hamgyong Province, and have made world-startling successes in the struggle to attain the goals of the five-year strategy for national economic development.

They will open up a new heyday of socialist construction in the spirit of Mallima.
