Attending the seminar were officials of central and city party and administrative organs, working people's organizations, those in the fields of science, education, literature and art and media and those of party cadres training institutions and those in the field of revolutionary relics preservation.

The seminar heard papers explaining the idea and theory set forth in Kim Jong Un's policy speech "On Socialist Construction and the Internal and External Policies of the Government of the Republic at the Present Stage" and proving the theoretical and practical issues arising in the struggle to implement the decision made at the Fourth Plenary Meeting of the 7th Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea.

Speakers said that the policy speech of Kim Jong Un serves as guidelines which indicated the way for successfully accomplishing the cause of building a powerful socialist country by embodying the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist ideas of State building.

President Kim Il Sung's and Chairman Kim Jong Il's ideas of State building gives perfect answers to all the theoretical and practical matters arising in the struggle of all the people with transparent spirit of independence, faith and will to accomplish the cause of building a powerful state, they noted.

The DPRK's history of building socialism is the one of proud struggle in which it has laid a material foundation for self-supporting economy, defended the dignity of the country and destiny of the people and steadily increased the political and military might by dint of it under the leadership of the peerlessly great men, they said.

Firm is the stand of the Workers' Party of Korea and the government of the DPRK to dynamically advance along the road of independence and build a powerful socialist country with the revolutionary line of independence and revolutionary mode of self-reliance as its eternal lifeline and cornerstone of state-building, they stressed.

They vowed to fulfill their duty as leading officials of revolution in accomplishing the cause of building a powerful socialist country of Juche by remaining loyal to the leadership of Kim Jong Un.
