Present there on invitation were members of the delegation of the Palestine National Liberation Movement led by Vice-Chairman Mahmoud O.R. Al Aloul and Ismail Ahmed Mohamed Hasan, Palestinian ambassador to the DPRK.

Attending it were Pak Thae Song, member of the Political Bureau and vice-chairman of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials concerned.
