When the trains with the participants from Kangwon, South Phyongan, South Hwanghae, Ryanggang, Jagang, North Hamgyong and other provinces arrived at Pyongyang Railway Station, Pak Chi Ung, vice department director of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, and officials of the Central Committee of the youth league greeted them.

Schoolchildren and working people waved their hands to the buses carrying them towards their lodging quarters.
