SPA Delegation Leaves for Russia

Pyongyang, June 28 (KCNA) -- A delegation of the Supreme People's Assembly (SPA) of the DPRK headed by Vice-Chairwoman Pak Kum Hui left here on Friday to attend the second international forum on the development of parliamentary system to be held in Russia.
