President Kim Il Sung to Be Remembered in Uganda

| Pyongyang, June 29 (KCNA) -- A Ugandan national committee for remembering President Kim Il Sung was formed on June 22 under the co-sponsorship of the Ugandan National Executive Committee of the Pan－African Movement and the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea. Mayambala Lawrence, chairman of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, was elected chairman of the remembrance committee. The committee decided to hold political and cultural events including remembrance meeting and lecture in praise of the great personality of the President on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his demise. |
