They included a Korean book, photo and handicraft exhibition in Russia, a celebration meeting in Myanmar and a seminar on exploits in Mongolia from June 13 to 27.

Present at the events were personages of various strata and masses of the relevant countries.

The secretary of the Maritime Territorial Regional Committee of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation said that he was pleased to witness the Korean people achieving great successes in the struggle for defending socialism under the leadership of Kim Jong Un, adding that works of Kim Jong Il and Kim Jong Un give perfect answers to the theoretical and practical questions arising in not only the party-building but also overall social life including economy, culture and education.

The chairman of the Kimjongilia Association of Mongolia praised Kim Jong Il for firmly defending the sovereignty of the country from the imperialists' moves to stifle the DPRK in the closing years of the last century and turning the DPRK into a political and military power.
