Message of Sympathy to Russian President

Pyongyang, July 5 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, sent on July 4 a message of sympathy to Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, president of the Russian Federation, as regards the fact that floods hit some areas in Irkutsk Region, claming casualties and material losses.

The message offered deep sympathy and condolence to the Russian president, the victims and bereaved families.

It hoped that the Russian government would eradicate the aftereffects of the flood damage at an early date and gain success in its efforts for stabilizing the living of the afflicted people.
