Present at the meeting were Choe Hwi, vice-chairman of the C.C., the Workers' Party of Korea, officials of the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League, and youth and students in Pyongyang City.

Led by Pak Chol Min, chairman of the C.C., the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist Youth League, the participants made an oath reflecting the iron faith and will of the Korean young vanguard to build without fail a prosperous and powerful socialist nation on their land resplendent with the august names of the peerlessly great men, firmly united around Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
