The letter said that the Juche idea requires a country and nation to hold aloft the banner of self-reliance to realize the independent development and prosperity and global independence.

It noted that self-reliance means that one stands on one's own feet while believing in one's own strength and overcoming all sorts of difficulties with one's own efforts, not relying on others.

It stressed that the epoch-making changes and great creations made by the Korean people are the precious fruition of self-reliance.

It noted that the world progressive people are greatly encouraged by the DPRK advancing under the guidance of H.E. Kim Jong Un while fully displaying its inexhaustible potentials for development as a country strong in independence which nobody dares to provoke and a country in which the ideal of the people is comprehensively realized.

It stressed that when all the countries and nations build a new society with their own efforts, not depending on others, as clarified by the Juche idea, this planet can turn into the peaceful and prosperous world free from domination and subordination.
