2019-2022 DPRK-Bulgaria Plan for Cooperation in Education and Culture Signed

| Pyongyang, July 11 (KCNA) -- The 2019-2022 inter-governmental plan for cooperation in the field of education and culture between the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and the Republic of Bulgaria was signed in Pyongyang on Thursday. Present at the signing-ceremony from the DPRK side were Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and officials concerned, and from the other side Ivaylo Iordanov, Bulgarian charge d’affaires ad interim to the DPRK, and a staff member of the Bulgarian embassy. ?The plan was inked by Pak Kyong Il and Ivaylo Iordanov. |
