The letter said that the solidarity meeting took place in Helsinki, Finland in token of friendship and solidarity with the Korean people.

It noted that the meeting strongly denounced the negative moves harmful to the implementation of the north-south declarations and the June 12 DPRK-U.S. Joint Statement and peace on the peninsula and maneuvers of the hostile forces to stifle the DPRK.

It said that friendly and solidarity organizations in Europe discussed practical issues to conduct proactive activities for supporting the Korean people in the building of a powerful socialist country and the reunification of the country.

It reiterated full support for the principled stands declared by Kim Jong Un in his policy speech at the First Session of the 14th Supreme People's Assembly of the DPRK.

It noted that they will push ahead with colorful activities for supporting the struggle of the Korean people and making a contribution to peace, prosperity and reunification of the peninsula.
