He stressed the need to bring home to broad segments of people the reality of socialist Korea and urgency of ensuring peace on the Korean peninsula and push ahead with the activities for demanding the implementation of the north-south declarations and the June 12 DPRK-U.S. Joint Statement and denouncing all hostile acts of deteriorating the situation on the Korean peninsula.

The chairman of the Sweden-Korea Friendship Association, the chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, the chairman of the Korean Friendship Association UK, the chairman of the Belgium-Korea Friendship Association, the chairman of the Slovenia-Korea Friendship Association and the secretary general of the France-Korea Friendship Association and other personages took the floor.

They expressed the conviction that the Korean people who advance holding aloft the banner of Kimilsungism-Kimjongilism under the wise guidance of Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un would surely win a brilliant victory in socialist construction and national reunification.

A letter to Kim Jong Un was adopted at the meeting.
