The current election is of weighty significance in successfully advancing the building of a powerful socialist country by further strengthening local power organs.

The DPRK government is the genuine people's power that serves the people only as the representative of the independent right of the popular masses, organizer of their creative capacity and activity, master responsible for their livelihood and defender of their interests. The revolutionary nature and advantages of our people's power lie in that it has thoroughly represented the will and demand of the people and provided the people with genuine freedom, rights and happy life since the founding of the DPRK.

The Korean people lead a valuable and worthwhile life as befitting an independent human being century after century thanks to the great leaders who built the most advantageous socialist country centered on the popular masses in this land.

Our Republic regarding the Kimilsungist-Kimjongilist ideas of State building as its guideline and embodying the people-first doctrine in overall state activities will demonstrate its might as a dignified people's country, an invincible socialist country in the future, too.
