Attending the event were teachers, researchers, graduate students, etc. at 17 units including Kim Il Sung University, the State Academy of Sciences and the Sci-Tech Complex.

Over 110 valuable papers were presented to the event, which was held divided into IT, computer-technology and educational-information panels.

The participants in the event introduced the sci-tech achievements and experience contributing to the research into and development of the Korean-style ultra-modern information technologies and the development of the country's IT education.

There were a presentation of papers and question-and-answer session via national computer network.

There took place a closing ceremony on Wednesday.
