In the past, she bagged gold medals in the women's singles of the 2012 ITTF Euro-Africa Circuit, Swedish Open, the 2016 ITTF World Tour Pyongyang Open and the 2017 and 2018 ITTF Challenge Pyongyang Open, and secured first in the women's doubles of the GAC Group 2015 ITTF World Tour Pyongyang Open.

In particular, she won a bronze medal in the women's single of the 31st Olympic Games and greatly contributed to the advance of the team into semifinals at the World Team Table-tennis Championships.
