It is a comprehensive and modern edifice built to develop and turn out high-tech products for the country’s economic development and the improvement of people's livelihood through integration of education, scientific research and production.

The center with a total floor space of 14 400 square meters consists of 10-odd districts for development and production, an internet exchange district, an international symposium hall, small meeting room, interview room, etc.

The exhibition hall on its first floor is for distributing high-tech products. Hundreds of pieces of products developed by the university are on display at the hall in the form of real things, models, charts, etc.

The university is planning to conduct the study and production of high-tech products with developers selected from among teachers, researchers, postgraduate students and students.
