| Pyongyang, August 14 (KCNA) -- Choe Ryong Hae, president of the Presidium of the Supreme People's Assembly of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, on Aug. 13 sent a congratulatory message to Alejandro Eduardo Giammatei Falla upon his election as president of the Republic of Guatemala.
